PLOT DESCRIPTION

A beautiful woman drives to the country, strips and photographs herself in various compromising positions. Such wanton behavior cannot go unpunished by the Fantom Kiler. Later on Natasha arrives at a run down garage where she hopes to get her car serviced, unfortunately for her its not the car that gets serviced as Natasha is forced to strip and be humiliated. But there's only so much a woman can take as she turns the tables on the licentious mechanics. But for Natasha a more terrible fate awaits her out in the woods......

REVIEW

You sure know when your watching a Roman Nowicki film. Skip past the obvious fact that it contains a gaggle of naked women being butchered in ingenious ways, and you are left with very little else other than the movies presentation and story. The story in this third and presumably final episode in the Fantom Kiler series again see's the women of a small town get brutally punished for their 'slutty' behavior by a mysterious masked killer. That's pretty much it for the plot and you could definitely describe this one as being just as shallow as the other two, but the production values and some other key scenes have a lot more in store.

First we have the now familiar primary coloured lighting effect that is perhaps a little less obvious here than in the previous efforts but still adds an element of quality during some pretty seedy segments. The opening credits are very stylish in a subtle kind of way adding tension to the main shot which shows an attractive girl oiling her naked body whilst writhing on the hood of her car?!?!?

The selling point for this series has always been it's combination of nudity and murder mixing the two into a dangerous sexually stimulating cocktail. There are plenty of good looking ladies that get buck naked for you and if you thought that the death scenes maybe running a little low on gas. There is an excellent scenec set in a garage (see below).

High-light:
When a vulnerable women enters a garage asking for her broken down car to be repaired, she is humiliated and stripped of her dignity. But the woman finally snaps, picking up the nearest thing to her as a weapon, she goes berserk. The weapon in question is a chainsaw and she carves her way to revenge in what has to rate as one of the best sequences of the series.

Anyone who's seen any of the FANTOM KILER films knows what they're in for. Smokin' hot nekkid Euro-chicks getting' stabbed up by a gauze-faced killer. Some call these films "giallo" - but I find them to be far to hollow too really fall into that category. These are pretty much erotic/horror/comedy films that are a blast for those that dig sleazy new-wave exploit films.

A woman who goes out into the woods to film herself naked (?!?!) at the request of a mail-order customer is murdered. The killer takes some photos of himself as well to leave at the crime scene to taunt the police. Of course the police recognize the perp as the elusive and ethereal Fantom Kiler, and are on their trail. Other hot hos end up dead and a "pattern" is recognized by the police. The end has a pretty cool twist that also leaves the film open for a fourth installment...

Still not quite as good as the original FANTOM KILER film - but another decent entry if you dig these films. There's a decent storyline buried in all the well-oiled nekkidness, and the girls (most of which have been in the other FANTOM KILER films...) are hot as ever. The gore is still relatively weak, though a scene where a stripper goes nuts on some shady mechanics is a little better than previous entries in terms of FX. If ya like the series, give this one a look - if you haven't seen the series, I'd suggest watching them in order...8/10
